This is a drill from the White Wolves, a Pro Ukrainian NGO that offers training for civilians and paramilitary groups. The video date is unknown, but believed to be from 2019.
Obviously this type of training, while it can be effective, isn’t highly recommended. There are certainly better ways to simulate being shot at that will require taking much fewer risks. Don’t get me wrong, there is a time and place for live fire training, and this isn’t it.
