Ruben Palomares, A former LAPD officer of the Rampart C.R.A.S.H. unit, turned rogue after several instances in which he felt that the department had turned their back on him. Unknowingly suffering from PTSD and with no where to turn, he and several other officers became the real life version of the movie “Training Day”. They beat and robbed gangsters of their money and drugs and lived a life of crime under the cover of the law.
